Former Quezon City Rep. Marvin Rillo said he would withdraw his seven cyber libel complaints against Peanut Gallery Media Network host Camille Jensen Hirro if she apologizes, following a court’s issuance of an arrest warrant against her.

Hirro posted bail of P336,000 before the weekend.

Rillo accused Hirro of attacking him on her online program, which he blamed in part for his defeat in the 2025 elections.

In a social media post, Rillo said the court’s finding of probable cause was an initial step in the case and did not amount to a conviction. He said he had forgiven Hirro for her statements but warned that he could file additional libel cases if she refused to apologize.

Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 90 Presiding Judge Maria Zoraida Tuazon found probable cause to issue the warrant against Hirro, also known as CJ.

In an order dated 29 October, Tuazon said the evidence and informations submitted on 22 October established probable cause.

The court scheduled Hirro’s arraignment and pretrial for 13 November.
