Forest Lake Development Inc. posted a record P5.5 billion in sales production in 2025, marking the highest annual sales in its nearly 30-year history and a 45 percent increase from P3.8 billion in 2024.
The memorial park developer said the strong performance was driven by sustained demand for its Total Memorial Care services, strategic investments, and continued nationwide expansion.
"Our record-breaking P5.5 billion sales production, combined with strong revenue and profit growth, reflects the trust that Filipino families continue to place in our brand and the dedication of our people," Forest Lake president and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III said.
The company's total revenue rose 20 percent to P3.26 billion from P2.72 billion a year earlier, while net income before tax increased 20 percent to P789 million from P660 million. Shareholders' equity climbed to P2.66 billion from P1.90 billion, and cash and cash equivalents surged 121 percent, strengthening the company's liquidity and financial position.
Forest Lake also reported P3.55 billion in land and land development assets, supporting its long-term expansion strategy.
"The strength of our financial performance enables us to continue investing in expansion, innovation, and Total Memorial Care services that address the evolving needs of the families we serve," Xerez-Burgos III added.
The Securities and Exchange Commission also approved the increase in Forest Lake's authorized capital stock from P1 billion to P4 billion, providing additional capacity to develop new memorial parks, expand memorial chapels and Total Memorial Care facilities, invest in digital transformation, and improve customer experience.
Chairman Alfred Xerez-Burgos Jr. said the company's sustained growth reflects the resilience of its business model and positions it for further expansion.
Forest Lake currently operates 42 memorial parks nationwide and works with 41 accredited funeral home partners, offering integrated memorial services that include memorial parks, chapels, cremation, columbarium developments, interment services, Libre Burol, and Libing Anywhere.
