Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) received two Golden Arrow awards for the second consecutive year, marking its fifth straight recognition at the 2026 Golden Arrow Awards of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

The recognition was based on JFC’s improved performance in the 2025 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), which evaluates publicly listed companies on their corporate governance practices.

Jollibee Group Global president and chief executive officer Ernesto Tanmantiong said the recognition reflects the company’s continuing efforts to strengthen governance across its operations.

“This recognition reflects our sustained efforts over the years to strengthen corporate governance across the Jollibee Group. As we continue to grow, we remain focused on governance practices that support our business priorities, strengthen accountability and transparency, and create long-term value for our stakeholders,” Tanmantiong said.

He added that the company would continue pursuing improvements in its governance practices while supporting its business priorities.

The Golden Arrow Awards recognize publicly listed Philippine companies that meet the corporate governance standards under the ACGS.

The scorecard assesses companies based on shareholder rights and equitable treatment, sustainability and resilience, stakeholder relations, disclosure and transparency, and board leadership and oversight.

Companies must obtain at least 75 points in the assessment to receive a Golden Arrow.

The awarding ceremony was held at the Makati Shangri-La on 23 October.
