Maja Salvador is happily settling into a new rhythm where motherhood, marriage and work all share space in her life.
During a solo media conference organized by Dreamscape Entertainment for her ABS-CBN comeback series “Someone, Someday,” the actress and entrepreneur spoke warmly about raising her firstborn, Maria, with husband Rambo Nuñez.
Maja said becoming a mother has brought her a deeper sense of fulfillment and contentment.
“Masasabi kong nasa masayang disposisyon ako ng buhay ko ngayon, simula nu’ng naging nanay ako,” she shared. “Ang sarap-sarap maging nanay, may sariling pamilya.”
She added that having a husband and child has made this chapter especially meaningful.
“Ang sarap ng may asawa na ako, na may anak na ako,” she said.
Despite returning to television, Maja remains determined to protect her time with Maria. She explained that she has chosen to focus on only one major project so she can continue being present at home.
“Isang project lang talaga ang ginagawa ko, dahil ang gusto ko, ang ibang araw ko, nakalaan para sa aking pamilya,” she said.
For now, her days revolve around her series, her responsibilities as a wife and her role as a mother.
“Ngayon ang buhay ko talaga ay ang ‘Someone, Someday’ at siyempre ang anak ko, at bilang asawa,” she said.
Asked whether she and Rambo are already thinking about giving Maria a sibling, Maja revealed that they may begin trying for another baby next year.
“Baka po next year na, kasi may ‘Someone, Someday’ pa ngayon,” she said. “Hopefully, pag binigay ulit ni Lord.”
The actress is currently focused on her television comeback through “Someone, Someday,” which also stars Kathryn Bernardo and James Reid. The series marks another major acting project for Maja, whose performance in its early promotional material has already drawn positive reactions from members of the entertainment press.
As she returns to the spotlight, Maja is making it clear that career success now comes with a carefully chosen balance—one that allows her to remain committed to her craft while fully embracing the joys of family life.
