DoubleDragon Corp. is expanding its hospitality footprint with the completion of the structural works for Hotel101-Libis, a 702-room property set to become the largest hotel in Quezon City once it opens.
The company held a topping-off ceremony on 17 July for the project located within Robinsons Bridgettowne Estate, just a short walk from Robinsons Opus Mall. The milestone marks the completion of the building structure and topmost floor of the hotel development.
Part of DoubleDragon’s global expansion strategy
Hotel101-Libis is part of DoubleDragon’s global expansion strategy to establish 50,000 standardized Hotel101 rooms across the Philippines and eventually reach 1 million rooms worldwide.
The Quezon City project adds to Hotel101’s growing international pipeline, as DoubleDragon targets a record year for room openings in 2026.
The company expects an additional 2,229 rooms to become operational this year, including 680 rooms from its Madrid, Spain property, 519 rooms in Davao scheduled to open on July 30, 548 rooms in Cebu, and 482 rooms in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan.
Hotel101 concept
The Hotel101 concept is built around a uniform room design and standardized operations, allowing the company to replicate its hospitality model across different markets.
Once completed, Hotel101-Libis is expected to strengthen Robinsons Bridgettowne Estate’s position as a mixed-use business and lifestyle destination while adding more accommodation capacity to Metro Manila’s growing tourism and business travel market.
