For Ashtine Olviga, confidence begins with self-care — and one of the simplest ways to feel empowered is by smelling good. Whether she's heading to a taping, rehearsing for a performance, or simply going about her day, fragrance has become an essential part of her routine as both an artist and an individual.

“Nakakadagdag ng confidence lalo na kapag alam mo mabango ka, lalo na if nag-aangkas ka. Pagpapawisan ka talaga (It boosts your confidence, especially when you know you smell good, particularly if you're riding on the back of a motorcycle. You're really going to sweat)."

It's a sentiment many can relate to, especially in the Philippines' tropical climate, where staying fresh throughout the day can be a challenge. For Ashtine, wearing a fragrance isn't just about smelling pleasant — it’s about carrying herself with confidence no matter where the day takes her.

She described her signature scent as “Sweet, relaxed, and fresh.”

Those three words perfectly capture the essence of Ash Scent, also known as Dear Ash or Ash Scent Beyond Gender, an eau de toilette fragrance line created by the rising actress and singer in collaboration with Viva Beauty. Designed with a gender-neutral profile, the fragrance balances the comforting sweetness of vanilla with fresh, woody notes that leave a clean yet sophisticated finish. The result is a scent that feels both soft and expressive, making it suitable for anyone regardless of gender.

Crafted to be versatile, Ash Scent transitions seamlessly from daytime errands to evening events. Its long-lasting formula and refreshing character have made it a favorite among fans who admire not only its unique fragrance but also how it reflects Ashtine's own personality — warm, approachable and quietly confident.

But beyond creating a signature fragrance, Ashtine sees scent as an extension of her artistry. It's another way of expressing herself before she even steps into the spotlight.

As she shared with the Daily Tribune, it's all about bringing "performance-level Ashtine," carrying that same fresh scent and confident aura every time she takes the stage. Just as she carefully prepares for every performance, she believes feeling fresh helps complete the experience, allowing her to perform with even greater confidence.

Fans will soon witness that "performance-level Ashtine" as she gears up for her much-anticipated solo concert this August, another milestone in her rapidly growing career.

Making the night even more special is a lineup of guest performers close to Ashtine's journey. Among the confirmed guests are singer-songwriter Rob Deniel, who starred alongside Ashtine in "My Melody," an episode of the anthology series Viva One Originals: Ashtine, as well as hitmaker Amiel Sol, whose viral song "Sa Bawat Sandali" was memorably covered by the actress.

P-pop groups GAT and RAYA will also perform, alongside Ashtine's former LITZ groupmates Yumi Garcia, Fatima Anonuevo and Bianca Santos. Joining the celebration are her Ang Mutya ng Section E co-stars Sara Joe and Jastine Lim, together with fellow Vivarkada artists Nicole Omillo, Krissha Viaje and Aubrey Caraan. Tickets are now available via TicketNet.

Long before she captured audiences' hearts as the beloved lead of the hit Viva One series Ang Mutya ng Section E, Ashtine had already been quietly building her foundation within Viva's P-pop girl groups.

Years of intensive training, discipline and live performances sharpened her skills as both a performer and an entertainer, preparing her for the opportunities that would eventually come her way.

That journey naturally led to her being dubbed the "Nation's Mutya," a title that reflects not only her undeniable charm but also the hard work and perseverance behind her success. Rather than arriving overnight, her breakthrough was built on years of dedication, resilience and continuous growth.

Her evolution as an artist became even more evident with the release of her debut solo single, "Love Like U."

More than simply marking her transition into a solo career, the track showcased her confidence as a performer capable of telling her own story through music while establishing a distinct identity beyond acting.

Following her breakthrough performance in Ang Mutya ng Section E, Ashtine rapidly emerged as one of the entertainment industry's most in-demand young stars. Her growing body of work reflects a willingness to explore diverse roles while continuously challenging herself as an actress.

She went on to headline the romantic drama Minamahal, where she demonstrated emotional depth as a leading lady, before delivering a standout supporting performance in the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival official entry Manila's Finest. Her portrayal earned her a nomination for Best Supporting Actress, further cementing her reputation as one of the industry's brightest young talents.

Never content with staying in one lane, Ashtine further expanded her creative portfolio by headlining Viva One Presents: Ashtine, an anthology series that allowed her to explore a wide range of genres, from comedy and romance to drama and horror. Each episode highlighted a different facet of her abilities, proving her versatility and willingness to embrace new challenges.

As she prepares for her biggest concert yet, the audience won't just be seeing the actress who became the "Nation's Mutya" or the singer behind "Love Like U."

They'll witness the same fresh, confident energy that defines Ashtine both on and off the stage.
