From stage to life partners: Jerald Napoles, Kim Molina wed in Bohol

March began with a celebration of love as actors and musical theater mainstays Jerald Napoles and Kim Molina officially became husband and wife in a seaside ceremony in Bohol.

Set against the coastal views of Amorita Resort, the wedding unfolded in an intimate yet star-studded gathering attended by close friends, family, and colleagues from film, television, and theater. The atmosphere carried the warmth of a reunion, a fitting tone for a couple whose relationship blossomed from years of working side by side onstage.

Their story traces back to their theater roots, where they first built a connection while performing together. What started as creative chemistry gradually turned into a real-life partnership, eventually confirmed publicly in 2019. After half a decade together, the pair announced their engagement in 2024, choosing to keep many details of their wedding private until the moment finally arrived.

The ceremony itself reflected both personality and history: heartfelt rather than extravagant, joyful rather than formal. Industry veterans and longtime collaborators stood as principal sponsors, while fellow performers filled the entourage, many of them artists who had once shared rehearsal rooms and dressing areas with the couple.

Kim walked down the aisle in a custom bridal gown designed by Filipino designer Mak Tumang, adding a touch of modern elegance to the beach setting. Meanwhile, the groom’s birthday, falling just a day after the wedding, gave the celebration an added layer of meaning, turning the weekend into a double milestone.

More than a celebrity event, the occasion marked the culmination of a partnership forged through countless performances, tours, and creative projects together. For fans who followed their journey from theater stages to screens, the wedding felt less like a surprise and more like the closing scene of a long-running love story, one now beginning a new act beyond the spotlight.
