Solaire Resort North will mark International Women’s Month with a one-night-only dinner at Finestra on 7 March, featuring an all-women team of chefs, mixologists and restaurant leaders.
The luxury integrated resort said the event highlights women in hospitality through a curated dining experience led by Quezon Club chef January “Janu” Belardo, Skybar head mixologist Melody Protacio and restaurant manager Cacharelle “Cali” Serrajotto.
The nine-course set menu, priced at P4,500++ per person, draws inspiration from Belardo’s culinary journey, including childhood influences and early lessons in the kitchen. Featured dishes include calamansi ricotta-infused agnolotti pasta, shio koji tenderloin with miso lentil puree and caramelized jus, and burnt eggplant with flower croustade.
An optional beverage pairing is available for an additional P1,000++, with cocktails crafted by Protacio and her team to complement each course.
The dinner will begin at 7 p.m. at Finestra, located on the 38th level of the property, offering views of the Sierra Mountain Range and the Quezon City skyline.
Finestra, one of Solaire’s signature restaurants, serves Italian cuisine and was included in Tatler’s Best Restaurants in the Philippines 2025. The restaurant seats 114 guests and features two private dining rooms, Gustoso and Sorrento, for smaller gatherings.
Solaire Resort North said the event aims to celebrate women’s contributions to the hospitality industry through cuisine, service and leadership.
Reservations are available through the resort’s website and restaurant hotline.
