RS Francisco reunites with Gretchen Barretto as Luxxe White welcomes Lunar New Year

Long before the festivities, the most talked-about moment surrounding RS Francisco’s recent public appearance wasn’t about business — it was about friendship.

During a gathering, RS opened up about reconnecting with longtime confidante Gretchen Barretto, sharing that their meeting felt as natural as if no time had passed. The two spent hours catching up, revisiting shared memories and simply enjoying each other’s company.

“Okay na okay [si Gretchen]. Matakaw pa din. Doon kami nagkakasundo. Four hours kami sa Lusso. Ako lang, si Anna, si Gretchen, Tony Boy,” he said. “Next week punta kami Manaoag to pray.”

Their conversation also touched on Barretto’s future — or, more accurately, her decision to keep life private.

“Tinanong ko, retired ka na ba from showbiz, sabi niya yeah. Confirmed ayaw niya na talaga. Ikaw din diba RS? Oo medyo tinamad na ako after pandemic. Mas gusto namin ni Sam Verzosa to do goodwill and be with people. Advocacy namin. Dami ko gusto tulungan,” he said.

RS described the reunion as a nostalgic trip back to their early working days together, when friendship grew out of playful beginnings.

“Ang haba ng kwentuhan namin. Pinagkuwentuhan namin Princess and I moments namin. Kung paano playtime co-stars namin. Kung paano kami nagkasundo. Sinindak niya ako, pero di ako nagpa-sindak. We became close,” he recalled.

The heartfelt reconnection set the tone for a larger gathering filled with gratitude and forward movement as Luxxe White welcomed the Lunar New Year at its headquarters on February 17, 2026.

Among the highlights was the homecoming of Fred Moser, marking his first public appearance after leaving the Pinoy Big Brother house. He spoke about how the brand helped him maintain energy and resilience during his stay, earning cheers from supporters who followed his journey.

Actor Ace Carrera also joined the festivities, celebrated within the community for his transformation story and discipline in wellness. The event’s atmosphere intensified further with performances from rising P-Pop group 6ense, who energized the crowd and shared their own connection to the brand.
