The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Hann Philippines Inc. are set to establish an international school within the Hann Reserve in New Clark City, Tarlac.
During the signing of the agreement at the Clark Marriott Hotel in the Clark Freeport Zone on 18 February 2026, BCDA and Hann Philippines committed to allocate 10 hectares of land inside the Hann Reserve for the project.
BCDA President and CEO Engr. Joshua M. Bingcang said the initiative would strengthen New Clark City’s long-term competitiveness by supporting families, global professionals and investors seeking a future-ready community.
“This marks yet another significant milestone for New Clark City. We recognize that education is the bedrock of nation-building, and the impact this project will have on our economic development is truly beyond words,” Bingcang said.
BCDA Chairperson Atty. Larry B. Paredes emphasized the broader community impact of the project.
“Years from now, people may not remember the documents we signed today,” Paredes said. “But they will experience the community built here—in the classrooms, workplaces, and public spaces.”
The agreement was signed by Bingcang and Hann Philippines Chairman and CEO Dae Sik Han, along with Paredes and senior officials from both organizations.
The planned Hann International School will be integrated into the 450-hectare Hann Reserve luxury mountain resort development in New Clark City.
The institution will include a PGA-rated academy aimed at promoting golf education and athletic excellence. The school forms part of the larger high-end, sustainable and eco-friendly community, with major resort phases scheduled to open between 2026 and 2030.
