

Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines and Globe Telecom have marked 15 years of strategic partnership, celebrating what both firms described as a milestone built on trust, collaboration and shared purpose.
The anniversary event, themed “Celebrating a Crystal Partnership: 15 Years of Shared Success,” gathered executives, employees and community partners to reflect on past achievements and outline future goals.
The celebration opened with a joint initiative with the Kythe Foundation, supporting children facing chronic illnesses, underscoring the companies’ shared commitment to social impact.
Rahul Jolly, chief executive officer of TP in the Philippines, said the milestone reflects the strength of the long-standing collaboration.
“Fifteen years of partnership is a testament to trust, collaboration, and the shared vision to deliver exceptional value. As we celebrate this achievement, we also look forward with resolve to innovate, transform, and scale greater heights with our people and partners,” Jolly said.
Jeffrey Johnson, chief people officer of TP in the Philippines, highlighted the role of employees in sustaining the partnership.
“At the heart of this 15-year partnership with Globe are our people—their talent, resilience, and passion for delivering excellence,” Johnson said, adding that the company remains committed to investing in its workforce.
Among the highlights of the event was the graduation of Project ECHO Batch 2, recognizing deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals serving as Globe customer experience representatives. The program also featured recognition rites, including the Globe Persona Awards, Longevity Awards and Outstanding Contribution Awards.
Aileen Burgos, Globe vice president for customer experience management, said the partnership goes beyond business performance.
“Fifteen years of partnership with TP is not just about business results, it’s about creating meaningful customer experiences and empowering communities,” Burgos said.
Both companies said they remain committed to strengthening collaboration, embracing innovation and expanding impact in the years ahead.
