Seven arrested as PDEA dismantles drug den in Pampanga

Seven suspects, including an alleged drug den operator, were arrested during a buy-bust operation and dismantling of a drug den in Barangay Lourdes, Lubao, Pampanga on 4 February 2026.

According to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Pampanga Provincial Office, a 33-year-old man known by the alias “Winwin” was operating a makeshift drug den at the location.

Also arrested were alias “Nel,” male, 40; alias “Andoy,” male, 52; alias “Makoy,” male, 38; alias “Makmak,” male, 39; alias “Dar,” male, 26; and alias “Cel,” female, 40.

Operatives seized five sachets containing around 12 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P81,600, along with assorted drug paraphernalia and buy-bust money.

The seized illegal drugs will be sent to the PDEA Region 3 laboratory for forensic examination and confirmation.

The operation was conducted through the joint efforts of the PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office, the PDEA Region 3 Regional Special Enforcement Team, and the Lubao Police Station.

Non-bailable charges for violation of Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) and Section 6 (maintenance of a den, dive, or resort) of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against “Winwin.” Appropriate charges under the same law will be filed against the other suspects.
