Fresh from the triumph of her Big Dome solo concert, Klarisse de Guzman is marking another milestone as she joins the powerhouse cast of Champions of the Heart, sharing the stage with some of the country’s most respected vocalists.
For Klarisse, saying yes to the project was instinctive and deeply personal. “When I was asked about it, talagang yes agad ako kasi sa mga nangyayari sa akin, medyo nakalimutan ko na singer ako. Singer po ulit tayo,” she said with a laugh. Beyond the humor, however, was genuine excitement. “Nu’ng nakita ko ’yung lineup, talagang gusto ko. Feeling ko magiging epic ’yung show na ito.”
Performing alongside Martin Nievera, Sofronio Vasquez, Jed Madela, and Jona Viray, Klarisse described the concert as both inspiring and comforting. “Sobrang nilu-look up ko sila—Sir Martin, our father—and alam kong magiging magaan itong show na ito kasi kaibigan ko silang lahat,” she shared.
