Three weather systems are expected to affect the country within the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its early Wednesday forecast.
The shear line and easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Palawan, and the Visayas.
Mindanao and the rest of MIMAROPA will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
Moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters are expected in the northern and eastern sections of Luzon, while the rest of the country may experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
