More than P200,000 worth of suspected shabu seized from two suspects in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Sta. Ana, Taytay, Rizal on Friday night.
The suspects were identified as alias Burdado, 42, a high-value individual; and alias Tisoy, 35–both residents of Pasig City.
Confiscated from the suspects were seven sachets of suspected shabu weighing approximately 30 grams, with standard drug price of P204,000, a coin purse, and a sports utility vehicle.
Meanwhile, the suspects are facing charges for violation of Republic Ac5 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Even without the corresponding papers, the confiscated vehicle is still facing charges for violating Republic Act 4136 or the Land Transportation and Traffic Code.
The suspect is currently detained at the Taytay Municipal Police Station custodial facility for proper documentation and disposition.
