Miss Grand Thailand and Miss Grand International 2025 first runner-up Gotchabell Gotchapan shared her Philippine visit with a message full of emotion and gratitude, describing her first time in the country as an experience she will never forget.
In a Facebook post, she admitted how deeply moved she was by the genuine hospitality of Filipino fans, writing, “I never imagined that my first time in the Philippines would leave such an unforgettable mark on my heart. Thank you to all the Filipinos who welcomed me with so much love and made me cry happy tears more than I expected. I honestly don’t know how to thank you enough for all the kindness you gave me.”
Gotchabell also expressed gratitude to Miss Grand International President Nawat Itsaragrisil for bringing her to Manila and to reigning queen Emma Tiglao, whom she affectionately called her “bestfriend,” saying, “Thank you to Boss Nawat for bringing me here, and to my bestfriend, Emma for introducing me to such a warm and loving Filipino family. The love I felt during these two days was truly special and honestly, it still doesn’t feel like enough.” She continued with a heartfelt promise to return, sharing, “I promise I’ll come back again. I love you, Philippines. Thank you for making me feel at home.”
Her post ended on a playful note as she teased her supporters about the overwhelming love she received through gifts, saying, “Lastly, thank you for every single gift you gave me. Each one means so much to me. The only problem I have right now is… how am I supposed to bring everything home when I only brought one suitcase?”
Throughout her Manila trip, Gotchabell was styled by a team of Filipino creatives with makeup by Darwin Lansangan, hair by JMP Uyawan, a Rian Fernandez creation, and jewelry from Darling’s Fine Jewels. What began as an official appearance blossomed into a heartfelt cultural exchange and a new bond between Gotchabell and the Filipino community, one she now describes as a family she cannot wait to return to.
