The couple originally planned a modest ₱500,000 wedding — but as with many love stories, the celebration grew bigger and more beautiful.

Costs rose, but so did the generosity surrounding them. Friends, mentors, and even business partners willingly volunteered to shoulder parts of the wedding.

“Sobrang gastos magpakasal,” Kiray admits with a smile.

“But I am so blessed — so many people want to help us. Swerte talaga ako.”
