A high value individual (HVI) was arrested during a buy-bust operation at Barangay Dau in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, on 4 November 2025.

According to Mabalacat City Police Station chief Police Col. Efren David Jr., the said operation was led by the Mabalacat Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) that led to the arrest of alias 'Totz,' a 22-year-old construction worker and resident of Angeles City.

Confiscated from the suspect were 60 grams of suspected shabu that has an estimated street value of P408,000.

David said that the suspect is currently in the custody of the Mabalacat CPS and will be charged with violating RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
