The Bataan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) facilitated the withdrawal of support by a member of a Communist Front Organization in Limay, Bataan on 28 September 2026.
According to BPPO Provincial Director Police Col. Marites A. Salvadora, authorities here conducted an intelligence-driven operation that resulted in the disaffiliation and withdrawal of support of a former member of a Communist Front Organization under the CPP-NPA-NDF.
The group was composed of the Bataan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, together with the Bataan 1st PMFC, Limay MPS, Orion MPS, Mariveles MPS, Pilar MPS, Bagac MPS, Morong MPS, Bataan PIU, RID3, Bataan PIT, RIU3, NICA 3, 302nd MC, RMFB3, 11SAC, 1SAB, PNP SAF, and 84IB, 72MICO, and 7MIB of the Philippine Army.
As a manifestation of her full withdrawal of support from the left-leaning organization, she voluntarily surrendered one improvised 12-gauge shotgun (sumpak) and two rounds of ammunition to the authorities.
“Ang kusang-loob na pagtalikod sa armadong pakikibaka at pagsuko ng armas ay isang mahalagang hakbang tungo sa mapayapang pagbabalik sa komunidad. Patuloy naming paiigtingin ang aming mga pagsisikap upang mahikayat ang iba pang sumuko at mamuhay nang ligtas at mapayapa,” said Salvadora.
