The warrant was issued by the 3rd Judicial Region, Branch 2, Family Court, Balanga City, Bataan, for violation of Section 5(h) of Republic Act 9262, or the “Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004,” with a recommended bail of P120,000.
“The public is reminded that the Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) in every police station across the province is open 24/7 and always ready to assist victims of violence against women and their children. We encourage everyone not to hesitate to seek help and report any form of abuse. The Bataan Police Provincial Office, in partnership with barangay officials and the community, continuously implements interventions to ensure the safety, peace, and welfare of our people, and to protect them from any form of violence or abuse,” Salvadora said.
