Four retirees. Countless cold cases. And now, a real murder.
Netflix has dropped the official trailer for The Thursday Murder Club, starring acting legends Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, Ben Kingsley and Celia Imrie.
The Thursday Murder Club, based on Richard Osman’s best-selling novel, follows four retirees who spend their days solving cold cases for fun – until a murder lands right on their doorstep.
Elizabeth (Helen Mirren), Ron (Pierce Brosnan), Ibrahim (Ben Kingsley) and Joyce (Celia Imrie) love solving cold case murders as a pastime. When an unexplained death occurs, their casual sleuthing takes a thrilling turn as they find themselves with a real whodunit on their hands.
The Thursday Murder Club is directed by Chris Columbus and produced through the Netflix and Amblin Entertainment partnership.
