Four months before Court of Tax Appeals Justice Roman del Rosario’s retirement, the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) has opened the application process for his soon to be vacated seat.
Del Rosario is retiring on 6 October when he turns 70, the retirement age for justices.
The JBC in an announcement invited qualified individuals to apply or be recommended for the position.
Applicants may submit their credentials through the JBC Online Registration Application System (JBC ORAS), accessible via the Philippine Judiciary Platform at www.portal.judiciary.gov.ph.
Candidates must complete the online application process no later than 4:30 p.m. on 21 July.
The JBC will screen and verify the applications for completeness and accuracy, including all uploaded documentary requirements.
