High-value drug suspect arrested

Camp GEN. FLORENDO, La Union – Police reported that a high-value drug suspect, a 40-year-old laborer, was arrested in Rosales, Pangasinan, early yesterday morning during a buy-bust operation.
Reports said the Rosales PNP personnel seized 106.51 grams of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price of P724,268 contained in one tied transparent plastic bag and three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets, from the suspect.
Police said inventory and markings of the evidence were conducted on-site in the presence of mandatory witnesses, as mandated by law.
”This significant achievement is a testament to the dedication and collaborative efforts of our officers,” stated B/Gen. Lou Evangelista, regional police director. “By working together, we are making significant progress in our fight against illegal drugs and enhancing community safety,” he added.
