As South Luzon emerges as an economic powerhouse, Avida Land continues to respond with sustainable, forward-thinking communities that satisfy the changing needs of modern Filipino homeowners.

South Luzon, once viewed as a peaceful getaway beyond Metro Manila, has evolved into one of the country's most dynamic growth centers. The Cavite-Laguna-Batangas (CALABA) corridor, fast industrialization, and major infrastructure projects such as the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) and SLEX extensions all contribute to the region's rapid growth.

With greater accessibility and a flourishing economy, South Luzon is attracting a new wave of homebuyers: practical yet aspirational, discerning yet grounded.

In line with this transition, Avida Land—Ayala Land's trusted residential brand—is growing its portfolio in the region with new projects intended for modern living.

Among these is Crescela Nuvali, the company's 11th development in Nuvali's thriving eco-estate.

Where modern homes meet nature

Nuvali has long been celebrated for its lush surroundings and strong feeling of community, in which people and environment coexist together. Residents here enjoy everyday vistas of Mount Makiling and the Tagaytay Ridge, which strengthens their connection to nature.

Inspired by this location, Crescela Nuvali provides modern contemporary residences like Erin and Solea, which are deliberately designed with efficient floor plans that maximize space and strategically placed windows that improve natural ventilation and illumination. This not only saves energy, but also creates healthier, brighter living areas, helping families to live a more sustainable and comfortable lifestyle.

The bespoke experience

Avida Land is redefining what it means to live in a home that truly reflects you. Through The Bespoke Experience, the brand partnered with some of the country’s top designers to create personality-driven spaces that blend individuality, style, and function.

The event, held at the Glorietta Activity Center from 21 to 26 March, transformed design into an immersive journey. In collaboration with celebrated interior designers from the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) and other creative forces, Avida showcased how homes can tell deeply personal stories while meeting everyday needs. Visitors were able to walk through thoughtfully styled interiors, envisioning life inside Avida communities.

One of the activation was Cyndi Beltran-Fernandez, the visionary behind Moss Manila—a design studio known for its detail-oriented event builds, interiors, and curated home furnishings. With over 20 years of experience and training from the University of Santo Tomas and Parsons School of Design, Beltran has built a reputation for blending creativity with precision. Moss Manila led the design and execution of the Glorietta pop-up, infusing the experience with Beltran’s signature artistry.

For the showcase, Beltran designed a serene yet sophisticated two-storey model unit inspired by the concept of organic luxe. A monochromatic palette set the stage, enriched by travertine stone, linen wall coverings, and plush textiles. Gentle curves and flowing silhouettes created a graceful, feminine energy—resulting in a warm and elevated retreat.

“One of the things we really advocate for is making people aware that there are actually licensed interior designers — and we do study four years and take a board exam for it,” Beltran shared. “It’s so easy to create a design, but it’s even harder to know how to build it.”

For Beltran, design is more than aesthetics. She emphasizes that interior design is a science as much as it is an art, requiring a deep understanding of flow, function, and ergonomics—factors that shape how people live and move within a space.

“It’s not just about colors or furniture or curtains,” she explained. “Our goal is really to change the way people live and make them realize there’s always a better way to live in a space.”

A home for growing families

Speaking of modern life, Crescela Nuvali is ideal for families who are prepared to establish themselves in the vast eco-city of Ayala Land. In addition to well-designed residences, the development fosters a strong feeling of community with parks, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and eco-friendly places.

Crescela is a long-term investment for families who appreciate sustainability, security, and the richness of a community-focused setting, with lot prices starting at P48,000 per square meter.

For 34 years, Avida Land has been shaping inspired living spaces in master-planned communities, enriching the lifestyles of upper middle-income individuals and families. By seamlessly integrating sustainable practices into high-quality developments, Avida ensures its homes are not only future-proof but also deeply attuned to the evolving needs of the next generation of homeowners.
