

Pasay City policemen arrested two most wanted individuals during a one-day manhunt operation conducted on 11 April 2025.
According to reports, the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Pasay City Police, armed with a warrant of arrest, apprehended a suspect identified as alias “Arel,” a 29-year-old construction worker.
The suspect was arrested along P. Villanueva Street, Barangay 82, Pasay City, for the crime of acts of lasciviousness under Criminal Case No. M-PSY-20-00597-CR, as ordered by Hon. Remiebel Unica Mondia, Presiding Judge of MeTC Branch 45, Pasay City.
On the same day, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the same team apprehended alias “Francis,” the number two most wanted person for April 2025, during a follow-up operation along Kalungkutan Street, Barangay Manggahan, Pasig City.
Alias “Francis,” a 24-year-old male kitchen staff, was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of Section 4 of RA 11930 (OSAEC and CSAEM Act), under Criminal Case No. R-PSY-25-00528-CR, issued by Hon. Jehan Batua Sampao-Hassiman, Presiding Judge of Family Court, Branch 11, Pasay City, with no bail recommended.
The Pasay Police brought both suspects to the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Pasay City Police Station for proper disposition and to facilitate the return of the warrants to their respective courts of origin.
These successful arrests send a strong message about law enforcement’s commitment to public safety and crime suppression.
The swift and coordinated actions of the Pasay City Police Station not only led to the capture of two high-profile fugitives, but also demonstrated the station’s capability to carry out intelligence-driven operations with precision and professionalism.
