Actress Arci Muñoz ignited a flurry of online speculation on the April 1st, just a day before the release of her highly anticipated film, Sinagtala, by sharing a captivating photo of herself holding a baby.

This tender message and accompanying images immediately caught the attention of her followers, leading many to assume that Muñoz had secretly become a mother. The comments section quickly filled with congratulatory messages and inquiries about her supposed new motherhood.

However, Muñoz promptly addressed the speculation. In a clarifying comment, she explained, "Claiming all my pamangkins as my own. Nonetheless, I’m a #TitaMomma." This declaration, referencing the Filipino term for an aunt who embraces a maternal role, dispelled the rumors and emphasized her close relationship with her nieces and nephews.

This social media moment arrives as Muñoz prepares for the April 2nd premiere of Sinagtala, an inspirational drama directed by Mike Sandejas. The film, produced by Sinagtala Productions, boasts a stellar cast, including Rhian Ramos, Glaiza de Castro, Rayver Cruz, and Matt Lozano.

Sinagtala delves into the lives of musicians grappling with personal struggles and seeking a renewed sense of purpose. The official trailer showcases the characters' resilience as they navigate life's challenges.

Notably, the film features actresses with strong musical backgrounds: Rhian Ramos, who previously ventured into music; Glaiza de Castro, a vocalist; and Arci Muñoz, who performs with her band, Philia.

Despite the cast's musical talents, Sinagtala is not classified as a musical. Instead, it focuses on the dramatic narratives of these musicians as they confront hardships and learn life-altering lessons.

The film is set to premiere in cinemas nationwide, promising to deliver a powerful story of resilience and hope.
