Actress and former Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) chairman Liza Diño-Seguerra lost an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and a laptop upon her arrival at NAIA after a trip from San Francisco, USA.

Diño-Seguerra and her husband, Ice Seguerra, discovered the missing items, with Ice sharing the incident on his social media account.

"Hello NAIA 1! Kakarating lang ng asawa ko from the US via PAL flight. May nawawala pong dalawang items sa loob ng box at maleta niya. Pwede kaya makausap yung security niyo diyan? Para ma-check 'yung mga lost items," Seguerra wrote.

In response, Philippine Airlines (PAL) wrote, "Dear Mr. Seguerra. We understand how important your belongings are, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Rest assured, we take such matters seriously, and our team is here to assist in looking into this."

"We’ve reached out to you via Instagram to gather more details and support you in the investigation. We’ll do our best to help!" it added.

“Pagdating ko, dumating naman ‘yung maleta. Siyempre, normally kapag dumadating naman ‘yang maleta, hindi mo na siya chine-check ‘yung sa loob. Pagdating namin sa bahay, binili ko ito ng watch, ‘yung Apple Watch tsaka laptop. Pagbukas namin, wala na talaga,” Diño said in a TeleRadyo Serbisyo interview.

According to Diño, she put the smartwatch and laptop in her checked-in luggage because she felt she would exceed the carry-on limit.
