Police operatives of the Malabon City Police Station arrested a man wanted on firearms and drug charges.
Malabon City Police Chief Colonel Jay Baybayan identified the man as alias “Eric,” who is also considered the ninth most wanted individual at the station level for March 2025.
Joint personnel from the Warrant and Subpoena Section and Station Intelligence Section of the Northern Police District led the operation.
Eric faces charges including violation of Section 11, Article 2 of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition), and violation of the Omnibus Election Code.
The warrant was issued by Judge Rhoda Magdalene Mapile-Osinada on 20 February at Branch 170 of the Malabon City Regional Trial Court.
