Filipina actress Liza Soberano once again captivated her followers with her latest social media post as she graced the red carpet at the Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) Oscars viewing party.
In her recent Instagram update, Soberano dazzled in a stunning two-piece dress by Vietnamese designer Nguyen Cong Tri.
She turned heads with her elegant ensemble, flaunting just the right amount of skin while accessorizing with a dazzling Yessayan choker, a masterpiece from the renowned Middle Eastern jeweler. The striking piece perfectly complemented her radiant beauty.
“Feeling the love tonight. Thank you @ejaf and @eltonjohn for an unforgettable night filled with purpose and passion. Your work is truly changing lives,” she wrote, adding a white heart emoji and the hashtag #EJAFOscars.
Soberano was among the celebrities and influencers invited to the star-studded Academy Awards viewing party, where legendary artist Elton John took the stage for a spectacular performance.
He was joined by American singer-songwriter Chappell Roan, and together, the two queer superstars delivered a special rendition of Roan’s hit song “Pink Pony Club.”
Meanwhile, Soberano recently returned to the Philippines, sparking excitement among fans as she teased a possible new project with her longtime on-screen partner, Enrique Gil.
In 2024, she made her Hollywood debut in the film Lisa Frankenstein, starring alongside Kathryn Newton. Before venturing into international projects, Soberano and Gil starred in several blockbuster films and TV series under ABS-CBN. Their last movie together was Alone Together (2019), followed by the TV series Make It With You (2020).
Since then, the two have pursued separate paths in the entertainment industry. In 2024, Soberano signed with a Singapore-based agency after parting ways with James Reid’s Careless Music, where she spent two years following her departure from Star Magic, the talent agency that launched her career.
