SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Pampanga Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda’s “Kapitolyo sa Barangay” program recently provided vital aid to over 4,000 families in Guagua and Mabalacat City.
In Guagua, 2,415 families from Barangays Natividad and Lambak received assistance on Friday. The event also honored 80-year-old former Barangay Health Worker, Aling Adoracion, with recognition and medical support.
Mabalacat City benefited 1,618 families through efficient aid distribution by local agencies.
Pineda emphasized the provincial government’s commitment to expanding essential services across Pampanga, reflecting their dedication to serving Kapampangans.
