Teleperformance Philippines, a leading digital business services provider, has received ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) certifications across its 27 sites nationwide.
The certifications, audited by global firm Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), reinforce the company’s commitment to workplace safety, employee well-being, and environmental responsibility.
In a statement to the DAILY TRIBUNE, Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance Philippines, emphasized the company’s focus on providing a safe and healthy work environment.
"We spare no expense at optimizing our operations. As we have always done, we will continue to adapt and adopt the highest standards and best practices to ensure we drive value and meaningful growth for our employees, clients, stakeholders, and across the communities where we operate,” Jolly said.
The renewed certifications follow a two-month audit across multiple TP sites, assessing the company’s compliance with internationally recognized best practices.
The ISO 45001:2018 certification sets the bar on workplace health and safety, aiming to prevent injuries and illnesses while promoting a safe working environment. Meanwhile, the ISO 14001:2015 certification ensures compliance with environmental management standards, helping companies reduce their environmental impact and meet sustainability targets.
Jeffrey Johnson, Chief People Officer of Teleperformance Philippines, underscored the significance of these certifications in maintaining ethical and operational excellence.
“These renewed certifications reinforce our commitment to creating a positive impact for our TP Team members and the communities in which we serve. We always aim to be a leader in responsible business practices and by adhering to these ISO standards, we double down on this commitment,” Johnson said.
He added that the achievement further enhances Teleperformance's ability to provide high-value services to clients while upholding global standards in workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
