Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera was among the distinguished recipients of the prestigious Gawad Palanyag Awards, presented by the Parañaque City Government recently.
The award recognizes outstanding Parañaqueños for their significant contributions to various fields.
A longtime resident of Parañaque, Devanadera was honored for her exemplary career in public service.
Her extensive experience includes serving as Solicitor General, where she successfully defended the Republic’s interests in international arbitration; secretary of Justice, overseeing the Department of Justice; and chairperson of the Energy Regulatory Commission.
Before holding national positions, she served as mayor of Sampaloc, Quezon and as an undersecretary at the Department of the Interior and Local Government.
The Gawad Palanyag Awards also recognized individuals from various fields, including public service, music and arts, media, and law and justice.
