Actress and singer Maris Racal proudly unveiled the music video for her latest single, Perpektong Tao, on Sunday.

Taking to Instagram, Racal shared her excitement about her new project, which she directed and starred in herself.

“Perpektong Tao MV. First time to direct a music video,” Racal wrote.

She also expressed gratitude to her supporters, known as “Maristellers,” for their unwavering love and support.

“Couldn’t have done it without my amazing team and the Maristellers who came to support. Salamat po,” she added.

The song, according to Racal, was inspired by a deeply personal journey of pain, regret, and redemption. “It was born from a journey through pain, regret, and the courage to seek forgiveness — a reminder that even in our darkest moments, we can find light. I’m sharing this with the world, hoping it resonates with those who need it most,” Racal shared.

In December, Racal took time to reconnect with nature, conquering Mt. Ulap in Ampucao, Itogon, Benguet, with friends.

She also made a public appearance at the Incognito Fan Convention on Tuesday at Vista Mall, Taguig, where she is part of the cast.

The highly anticipated series Incognito will premiere on 17 January on Netflix, 18 January on iWantTFC, and 20 January on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, Jeepney TV, A2Z, and TV5.
