After a long hiatus, actress Maris Racal is gradually making her way back to social media.

On Thursday, Racal shared two stunning snaps on Instagram, holding a parody newspaper headlined “Maris Racal Perpektong Tao,” which appears to be the title of a new song she is composing.

“Writing this song healed me in ways I never thought possible,” Racal wrote in the caption.

The actress revealed the song was born from a deeply personal journey. “It was born from a journey through pain, regret, and the courage to seek forgiveness, a reminder that even in our darkest moments, we can find light. I’m sharing this with the world, hoping it resonates with those who need it most,” she shared.

Racal has also been keeping busy with other projects. She recently posted a poster of her film Sunshine, which will be part of the 36th Palm Springs International Film Festival.

In December, the actress spent time reconnecting with nature, conquering Mt. Ulap in Ampucao, Itogon, Benguet, alongside friends.

Racal also made her first public appearance at the Incognito Fan Convention held on Tuesday at Vista Mall, Taguig.

The series Incognito will premiere on 17 January on Netflix, 18 January on iWantTFC, and 20 January on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, Jeepney TV, A2Z, and TV5.
