Two men, considered among the most wanted in Rizal province, were arrested in separate manhunt operations in Mandaluyong City and Angono, Rizal, on Friday evening.
The first suspect, identified only as alias Bel, male, 29, and a resident of Morong, Rizal, was arrested by the Morong Municipal Police Station in Barangay Pag-asa, Mandaluyong City.
The suspect, tagged as the second most wanted in the province, is facing two counts of acts of lasciviousness, with a recommended bail of P200,000 each, and qualified rape of a minor with no bail recommended.
In Angono, Rizal, an individual ranked as the fifth most wanted person in the province was apprehended by the warrant tracker team of the Angono Municipal Police Station.
The suspect, identified as alias Juan, 20, and a resident of this town, was arrested by authorities based on a warrant of arrest for qualified rape by sexual assault, with a recommended bail of P200,000.
