The Department of Health (DoH) monitored 32 more cases of firecracker-related injuries, bringing the total to 101 since 22 December.
According to the DoH, majority of the cases are minor and of the figure, 82 are aged 19 below, while 19 are aged 20 above.
Meanwhile, 92 of the victims are male, while eight are female.
At least 79 percent of the cases were caused by illegal fireworks, such as boga, 5-star and piccolo while 64 percent of the cases actively used fireworks.
The Health department urged the public to refrain from using firecrackers and instead use alternative noisemakers, such as trumpet or loud music.
Additionally, the DoH reminded that National Emergency hotline can be called at the number 911 and 1555 for the DoH hotline in case of need of help.
