Giant developer Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) said the entry of its newest client, ALPLA Philippines, into the expanding industrial hub of Filinvest Innovation Park (FIP)-Ciudad de Calamba, had resulted in a landmark partnership.
Austrian plastic packaging solutions firm ALPLA extended its local operations as a primary bottle cap supplier.
ALPLA has leased two Ready-Built Factory (RBF) units within FIP-Ciudad de Calamba, sitting on a 4,480-square meter property.
The initial five-year lease, comes with an extension provision, signifying the start of a long-term commitment to sustainable expansion in the local market.

The new facility will empower ALPLA to broaden its reach, catering to additional clients and expanding its footprint in plastics manufacturing and recycling beyond its traditional partnership with some of the world’s most notable beverage brands.
