Super Typhoon ‘Karding’: Signal No. 3 in Luzon, Central Visayas
Pag-asa's latest bulletin on 25 September says "Karding" has reached Super Typhoon category "after a period of explosive intensification."
Public storm warning signal no. 3 has been hoisted in Luzon and Western Visayas.
Winds from 121 to 170 kph may be expected in at least 18 hours.
