PAGASA warned of 50–100 mm of rain from the Southwest Monsoon through 3 September in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet and Zambales.
Rainfall could intensify from 4 to 5 September, with 100–200 mm forecast over Occidental Mindoro and 50–100 mm in several areas of Luzon and the Visayas.
PAGASA cautioned that rainfall may be higher in mountainous areas, with impacts potentially worsened by previous rains.
