The PAs serve as temporary permits, allowing drivers to operate legally while completing the full application and regulatory processes. This ensures drivers meet government safety and operational standards while addressing the growing demand for reliable public transportation. “UTOL’s main goal would be for every Juan to ride, while for our drivers, every Juan can drive with pride,” said Atty.
