CBS, Developers, Help Increase Homeownership

CBS has partnered with three more property developers as part of its aggressive push to increase homeownership and provide prospective buyers with more housing options.
CBS Consumer Lending Group head Ms. Kristine Michele C. Broadhurst said that amid a challenging economic environment, it is more important than ever for financial institutions like CBS to expand homeownership opportunities for Filipino families.
Stronger relationships with developer partners
"We have dedicated teams on the ground building stronger relationships with developer partners to provide clients with accessible and responsive home financing solutions,” she said.
In October alone, CBS formalized partnerships with Primeworld Land Holdings Inc., Raemulan Lands Inc. and Ciudades Development Corporation. The Bank expects to announce additional partnerships soon.
"We are fully aware of the challenges facing the economy today. But as I've said before, the dream of homeownership should be more accessible to more families, and it is our responsibility to ensure that financing and purchase options are available to help make that possible,” Broadhurst said.
“Partnering with more reputable developers allows us to do exactly that. We are excited to support the financing needs of Primeworld Land, Raemulan Lands and Ciudades Development clients," Broadhurst said.
All three developers have projects in CALABARZON and Central Visayas, two of the country's strongest-performing regions for residential permit growth this 2026 based on floor area according to the latest data of the Philippine Statistics Authority.
The partnerships, according to CBS President James Christian T. Dee, form part of the Bank's broader strategy to expand its presence in the housing finance sector.
