Casino Plus banks on compliance to woo global partners

CASINO Plus and Evolution launched their partnership in celebrating exciting new gaming experiences on 30 October at Dusit Thani, in Makati City. The PAGCOR-licensed digital entertainment platform made history as the first operator to stage an offline collaboration with Evolution in the Philippines, taking a partnership built online over nearly five years into a live setting for the first time.

After securing a partnership with global gaming supplier Evolution, Casino Plus is banking on regulatory compliance to further strengthen its foothold in the local online gaming market.
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)-licensed operator became Evolution’s first partner for an offline collaboration in the country, extending their nearly five-year business relationship.
“Evolution’s decision to bring its first-ever offline collaboration in the country to Casino Plus reflects years of consistent work under PAGCOR’s regulatory framework,” Casino Plus CEO Evan Spytma said over the weekend.
“For our players, it is an assurance that the platform they use every day is held to the standards of one of the most established names in live casino. For the industry, it shows what a regulated Philippine operator and a global supplier can build together.”
Meanwhile, Evolution CEO Asia Gionata La Torre described Casino Plus as its “trusted partner in the regulated Philippine market” and “the natural choice” for its first offline engagement in the country.
“We value their reliability, how they run their platform, and their commitment to responsible gaming and the player experience,” La Torre said.
Casino Plus said its safeguards include Know Your Customer verification, anti-money laundering controls and a P1-billion PhilFirst Surety Bond Protection Program launched in December 2025 for qualified player funds.
“Trust is not something we announce. It is something partners like Evolution see in how we operate every day, under PAGCOR’s rules,” Spytma said.
The collaboration also supports Evolution’s Philippine expansion following the opening of its first Asian live casino studio in Cebu in 2025.
