Kissflow said it has taken the No. 1 spot on Gartner Peer Insights based on customer reviews over the past 12 months in the AI-Augmented Low-Code Application Platforms category.

Gartner Peer Insights is a platform where verified technology users review enterprise products based on their firsthand experience.
“Customer feedback is one of the most important signals we have,” Kissflow CEO Suresh Sambandam said.
He said the ranking reflected customers’ experiences using the platform to develop applications, automate business processes and support digital transformation.
Kissflow combines low-code development with workflow automation, integrations, business intelligence and AI-powered capabilities.
The company said customer reviews frequently highlighted ease of use, customization and the platform’s role in managing workflows, approvals and business transactions.
