The Supreme Court said 13,441 applicants are eligible to take the 2026 Bar examinations on 6, 9 and 13 September.
Criminal Law will test 12,017 aspiring lawyers on Sunday morning, followed in the afternoon by Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics and Practical Exercises as the 2026 online Bar examinations enter their final day.
The Supreme Court (SC) said the three-day examinations will be held at 15 testing centers nationwide.
The SC said that if examinations in any testing center are postponed because of weather conditions or security concerns, the exams will be rescheduled in all testing centers.
On 6 September, the first day of the examinations, 12,029 of the 13,441 qualified registrants took the tests. The number fell slightly to 12,017 examinees on the second day, 9 September.
Data from the office of Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan, chairperson of the SC’s 2026 Committee on Bar Examinations, showed that 6,773 women and 5,256 men took the tests on 6 September.
The court also reported that 285 senior citizens and 304 persons with disabilities took the examinations. The SC said the examination results will be released in early January 2027.
San Beda College Alabang in Muntinlupa City serves as the national headquarters of the examinations.
The other testing centers in the National Capital Region are Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in Makati City, Manila Adventist College in Pasay City, New Era University in Quezon City, San Beda University and University of Santo Tomas in Manila, and University of the Philippines Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.
The testing centers in Luzon are Cagayan State University in Tuguegarao City, Saint Louis University in Baguio City, and University of Nueva Caceres in Naga City.
In the Visayas, the testing centers are Central Philippine University in Iloilo City, Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation in Tacloban City, and University of San Jose-Recoletos in Cebu City.The 2026 online Bar examinations enter their final day with 12,017 examinees taking Criminal Law, Remedial Law, Ethics and Practical Exercises nationwide.
