  • Globe has completed the restoration of its mobile and broadband services following disruptions brought by the recent Southwest Monsoon. Mobile connectivity was impacted in nine municipalities across the National Capital Region (NCR) and two municipalities in Rizal, while broadband services experienced outages in seven municipalities and cities within the NCR.

Globe’s technical teams continue to monitor network performance and are working to address the remaining affected lines, with restoration efforts being carried out as quickly and safely as possible.

Continued Customer Support Through Alagang Globe

As communities continue to recover from the effects of the Southwest Monsoon, Globe is providing assistance to affected customers through its Alagang Globe program in Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Pangasinan, La Union, Benguet, and Mountain Province.

Globe Prepaid and TM customers in these areas are receiving free unlimited calls and texts to all networks, along with 100 MB of open-access data and an additional 100 MB that can be used for Facebook, Viber, and other apps. These benefits are valid for one day.

Globe Postpaid customers are also being given extended payment due dates to provide additional support during the recovery period.

For broadband users, eligible Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi customers will receive 5 GB of free open-access data valid for three days, while GFiber Prepaid customers will receive a three-day extension on their existing promo.

Meanwhile, GFiber Postpaid customers will receive 15 GB of free data valid for 15 days, as well as extended payment due dates.

    Supporting Recovery Efforts

Customers who want to contribute to relief efforts can donate their Globe Rewards points to Ayala Foundation through the GlobeOne app. Donations can also be made through GCash to help support ongoing assistance and recovery initiatives in affected communities.

Globe Continues to Stand With Affected Communities

Globe will continue monitoring network conditions in affected areas while providing assistance to customers as communities move forward with recovery efforts. The company remains committed to supporting customers and communities throughout the restoration and recovery process.
