Malayan Insurance Company Inc. has partnered with GolfX Corporation to offer golf, wellness and lifestyle privileges to its active policyholders as part of efforts to enhance customer benefits.

The partnership, formalized through a memorandum of agreement signed at GolfX BGC in Taguig, took effect on 22 June 2026, and will remain in force until 30 June 2027. The signing was attended by Malayan Insurance Chief Marketing Officer Anthony Guanzon and GolfX officials Millie Pascual, head of sales and marketing, and Kris Paulino Etter, golf director.

Under the agreement, active Malayan policyholders will receive discounts at GolfX's BGC and San Juan branches, including 15 percent off Premium and Deluxe Bay bookings, 10 percent off GolfX Academy coaching programs, and 5 percent off standard event packages. Customers visiting the BGC branch will also receive a 10 percent discount on food and beverage purchases.

"This partnership is about giving our policyholders more ways to enjoy life while staying protected," Guanzon said. "Golf is a growing passion for many Filipinos, and we want our customers to experience it with added value. Whether they are honing their swings indoors at GolfX or out on the greens backed by our Malayan Golfer Insurance, we want to ensure they have total peace of mind."

The partnership also complements Malayan's Golfer Insurance, which provides coverage for personal accidents, third-party liability, and loss or damage to golfing equipment. The policy is available for as low as P895 per year through the company's official website.

To avail themselves of the benefits, policyholders must present proof of an active Malayan insurance policy at either GolfX location. The privileges are non-transferable and remain subject to availability, blackout dates, and GolfX's standard terms and conditions.
