LA TRINIDAD, Benguet — An male individuals identified alias "Biscuit" was arrested during drug-bust operation at Barangay Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet.
The 28-year old suspect is a resident of Cresencia Village, Baguio City. The operation was conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Cordillera Administrative Region (PDEA) Cordillera Regional Special Enforcement Team together with the PDEA Baguio/Benguet Provincial Office, the Police Regional Office Cordillera (PROCor), Benguet 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), and the Benguet Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU).
"Biscuit" was collared after selling six heat-sealed plastic sachets containing methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as shabu to an undercover agent posing as a buyer on July 20, 2026. Seized from the suspect have a net weight of 67.1487 grams, with a standard drug price of ₱456,611.00 as confirmed in the forensic science examination conducted at thePDEA laboratory.
Also confiscated from "Biscuit" is a car allegedly used in the drug transaction.
The suspect is currently detained at the PDEA Cordillera Custodial Facility. He will ve facing charges for violation of Section 5 or the Sale of Dangerous Drugs, Article II of Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
