Green SM received two awards at the HR Asia Awards 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, after it was named among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia and won the Technology Empowerment Award.
The recognition covered the company’s workplace culture, employee development programs and use of technology in human resource management.
HR Asia evaluates companies through its Total Engagement Assessment Model, which measures employee engagement, trust in the organization and workplace experience.
The program draws data from more than 2.5 million employees across 20,000 organizations in Asia.
Green SM posted scores above market benchmarks in several areas. It received 4.8 out of 5 for workplace technology, 4.71 for workplace sustainability and 4.72 for diversity, equity and inclusion.
The company credits part of its workplace approach to its “Every Voice Counts” policy. Employees take part in internal surveys, performance reviews and other feedback programs. Green SM uses the results to adjust company policies and workplace practices.
Training also covers its Green Drivers, managers and other employees. Green SM has invested in recruitment, professional instruction and career development programs. Digital learning tools also support leadership and management training across the company.
The Technology Empowerment Award recognized Green SM’s use of digital systems in its human resource operations. These systems cover employee processes, skills assessment, online learning and data-based workforce management.
“Our people have always been the cornerstone of Green SM’s sustainable growth,” Green SM global chief executive officer Nguyen Quoc Tuan said.
He added that technology and shared values help employees across different markets provide a consistent customer experience.
Green SM has operations outside Vietnam, including the Philippines, and continues to build a common workplace culture across its international markets. The company keeps its core values while adjusting to local work practices and community needs.
In 2026, Green SM expects its global workforce and partner network to reach about 400,000 people. The company plans to continue investing in employee training and digital workforce systems as it expands into more markets.
