Financial education company SmarTrade and global broker ATFX Cares have completed a series of community outreach programs providing school supplies and sports training to hundreds of youth in Manila and Rizal provinces.
The initiatives targeted students from economically challenged communities to support learning, personal growth and long-term development.
The groups hosted their Balik Eskwela 2026 community outreach at Sto. Niño Elementary School in San Mateo, Rizal, providing educational support to approximately 200 first- and second-grade students.
Organized alongside Cosmos Lodge 8 and local government representatives, the event distributed school bags, supplies, lunch bags, tumblers and food packs to the children.
Volunteers also held a feeding program and participated in classroom improvement efforts, including repainting classroom walls and chairs.
In a separate initiative, SmarTrade and ATFX Cares partnered with the nonprofit organization Dream Big Pilipinas to host a football training and outreach program at Thomas Aquinas Field in San Juan.
The sports program brought together underprivileged children and teenagers aged 6 to 17, including the children of construction workers and street vendors. Organizers used the soccer training sessions to teach life skills such as discipline, teamwork, perseverance and self-confidence.
Company officials said the dual initiatives are part of a broader, ongoing effort to expand community engagement through free mentorship and learning programs across the country.
