GoTyme Bank has surpassed 10 million users and accumulated more than P53 billion in deposits just over three years after its launch, underscoring the rapid growth of digital banking in the Philippines.

In a statement on Friday, the digital lender said the milestone reflects growing consumer confidence in technology-driven banking services that emphasize convenience, accessibility and everyday usability. The expanding customer base has driven strong engagement across products ranging from debit cards and remittances to credit and wealth management services.

“Reaching 10 million users is an important milestone on our journey to become the Philippines’ largest and most loved bank, but for us, it’s really about the trust that millions of Filipinos place in GoTyme Bank every day,” said Nate Clarke, chief executive officer of GoTyme Bank.

In March, Clarke said the bank had reached 9 million customers, adding around 700,000 users from its end-2025 level in less than three months.

The bank added that its debit card became the most-used Visa debit card in the Philippines based on Visa debit active usage data for 2025.

To support its growth, GoTyme has continued expanding its physical presence alongside its digital operations. The bank now operates more than 600 kiosks across the Robinsons Retail network and SM Stores nationwide, supported by over 1,200 bank ambassadors who assist customers with account opening and other services.

GoTyme customers can also deposit and withdraw cash at more than 2,500 Robinsons Retail branches and deposit funds at over 4,500 7-Eleven stores nationwide.

The digital bank also highlighted its long-standing policy of offering free InstaPay transfers, which has helped drive adoption of its digital banking platform.

Clarke earlier said the bank is targeting 12 million users by year-end.
